Pink delicious mutton is very scrumptious Eid recipe. You can serve it with chapati or naan and serve in side dishes. Your guest and family members will love its taste.


  • Mutton fresh ½ kg
    •Oil 4 to 5 tbsp
    •Onion 1 (in medium size)
    •Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
    •Cloves 4 to 5
    •Green cardamom just 5 to 6
    •Tomato paste only 4 tbsp
    •Yogurt fresh 125 gram
    •All spice powder just ½ tbsp
    •Chili powder 1 tbsp
    •Salt to taste as like
    •Water 1 cup is enough
    •Almond 25 gram (well chopped)
    •Coriander leaves ¼ bunch (well chopped)
    •Ginger 1 (cut in thin vertical pieces)


1.Heat 4 to 5 tbsp oil in a clean wok; add onion and sauté till to change color in golden brown.
2.Add ginger garlic paste and mutton in this oil. Fry well till its color is changed and its water dries.
3.Then add these ingredients as cloves, green cardamoms, tomato paste and fresh yogurt. Mix it well and cook just for 1 to 2 minutes.
4.Then add some other ingredients as all spice powder, chili powder, salt to taste and water as required. Cover it and cook for 25 to 30 minutes till meat is well tender.
5.At the last, add almond and fresh coriander leaves in this cooked mixture.
6.Dish it out, garnish with ginger pieces and serve hot.
