پیشاب میں بلڈ کی وجوہات
جیسا کہ گردے یا مثانے میں پتھری کی وجہ سے پیشاب میں خون آسکتا ہے۔جس کی ایک علامت یہ ہے کہ پیشاب درد کے ساتھ آتا ہے۔ یا جن Patients کو فالج یا دل کی بیماریاں ہوتی ہیں یا دل کا آپریشن ہوا ہو یا پھر این جیو پلاسٹی کے بعد ان کو دل کیStents پڑی ہوں۔اس کے لئے وہ خون پتلا کرنے والی میڈیسنز لے رہیہوتے ہیں۔ جس کی وجہ سے مریض کے یورن میں بلڈ آسکتا ہے۔ایسی صورت میں تو مریض کو فوراً ڈاکٹر سے رجوع کرنا چاہیے۔اس مرض کی ایک اور وجہ جو کہ بہت ہی Rare ہوتی ہے یعنی صرف ایک سے دو فیصد مریضوں میں یہ وجہ ہوسکتی ہے۔اور وہ ہے گردے، مثانے یا Prostate کا کینسر۔اب ہمارے تجربے کے مطابق 80 فیصد افراد کے پیشاب میں خو ن محض سوزش یا انفیکشن کی وجہ سے ہوتا ہے اورایسی صورت میں بھی درد کے ساتھ پیشاب آتا ہے۔یہ کوئی اتنا سیریس مسئلہ نہیں ہوتا اس لئے صرف ایک ہفتہ اینٹی بائیو ٹیک لینے سے یہ پرابلم ٹھیک ہوجاتا ہے۔اس معاملے میں پریشانی والی بات تب ہوتی ہے جب پیشاب میں خون آئے لیکن اس دوران درد نہ ہوتو آپ کو فوراً ڈاکٹر سے چیک اپ کرواناچاہیے۔ ڈاکٹری علاج کے ساتھ اگر کوئی Patient مرض کا روحانی علاج بھی کروالے تو اللہ کی رحمت سے وہ بہت جلد شفاء یا ب ہوجاتا ہے۔
